Maria Weicker, the VP Director of Learning and Development for Publicis Media, has been responsible for carrying out Leadership development for the US. This has included building and carrying out the Lion Leadership Program which has served approximately 20,000 participants over the last 7 years. Additionally, she has stewarded over 400 senior leaders through the PEAK Leadership Program, as well as co-designed and curated content for the Spring into Success annual career month, among other programs. Prior to her 13 years in the Leadership Development space, she worked for 10 years in Media Planning on clients such as Johnson & Johnson, Pfizer, and GlaxoSmithKline.
