  • We’ll guide you and your team to select a marketing-related task and encourage you to outline the available data that can be used for AI implementation, such as customer demographics, purchase history or online behaviour.

  • Learn how to craft a hypothesis related to their chosen marketing task and define clear metrics that will indicate successful AI implementation.

  • Learn how to start using AI tools to perform your chosen marketing tasks and assess the results based on your predefined success metrics.

  • Engage in a group discussion reflecting on your experiences and collaboratively develop an action plan for fostering a culture of AI curiosity and integrate AI into your existing marketing processes to achieve more personalized customer experiences, optimized marketing campaigns, and increased ROI.
