Identify how L&D professionals can use tools like ChatGPT, MS Copilot, Google Gemini, Scholarcy, Synthesia and DeepL to rapidly accelerate the learning design process.
Practice building training materials that include workshop decks, eLearning content, instructional videos and facilitation guides through effective AI prompts
Explore Generative AI’s capabilities and limitations for a range of L&D tasks, including TNA’s, session design, generating FAQ’s and evaluating training effectiveness
Explore potential applications of AI in creating personalised learning journeys, based on real business needs.
Learn best practices when it comes to designing and deploying meaningful training interventions.

We’ll begin the session with introductions and set clear expectations for how participants will learn to apply AI to enhance various L&D tasks.

Engage your team in a gap analysis exercise to assess their current L&D processes and where they want to be.

Explore the ADDIE instructional design model (Analyse, Design, Develop, Implement, Evaluate) and where AI can help in each phase.

Use tools like Microsoft Copilot to create a TNA (Training Needs Analysis) and how to use AI to look at existing training data to spot opportunities for learning.

Use tools like Scholarcy to summarise key information on specific learning topics, and the tools like ChatGPT and Gemini to create detailed session outcomes and lesson plans.

Use GenAI to create a range of different training materials including presentation decks, facilitator guides, instructional brochures and eLearning videos.

Use AI to created detailed FAQ’s and analyse the quality of training materials against learner needs. We will also explore how to use tools like DeepL to translate learning materials into different languages.

Create formative assessments and use AI as the ultimate data analyst, to better understand the impact of your training against business outcomes, as well as how to start utilising AI tools to start creating personalised learning journeys.

Engage in a group discussion reflecting on your experiences and collaboratively develop an action plan for fostering a culture of AI curiosity and integrating AI into your existing processes to respond better to client briefs in the future.
